Training Schedule

 

The Club has a fixed weekly training schedule with sessions that are run by our friendly qualified coaches.

The sessions are designed to enable you to increase your fitness, endurance and mental toughness, optimise your performance on race day, as well as enjoy the sport in a fun and social environment for all families and individuals. 

The table below indicates the sessions held by the coaches and experienced triathletes of the club with their mobile numbers for easy contact. For further training updates, become a member to enable access to our private Facebook group, where training details are posted on our newsfeed.
